Returns within 14 days

You can withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason within 14 days of the day you, or a person you name other than the carrier, receive the goods. If the order arrives in several parcels, the 14 days run from receipt of the last one. You meet the deadline if you send us your notice before it expires.

How to return

1. Write to nazarelli.store@gmail.com with your order number and the items you are returning. A clear statement is enough; you may also use the model form.
2. Send the goods back within 14 days of your notice to: to be confirmed
3. We pay the cost of sending the goods back.

Please return the items unworn, undamaged and with their tags, ideally in the original packaging. You may try them on as you would in a shop; you are liable for any loss of value caused by handling beyond that, such as wearing them.

Refund

We refund everything you paid us for the returned goods, and, if you return the whole order, the cost of delivery to you (if you chose a more expensive option than the cheapest one we offered, we refund the cheapest). The refund goes out without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your notice, by the same means you paid, that is, to your card. We may withhold the refund until we have the goods back or you show us that you have sent them.

Faulty goods

If an item is faulty, write to nazarelli.store@gmail.com with a photo. You can claim your legal rights for faulty goods within 24 months of delivery: repair or replacement, or else a price reduction or a refund. We settle a claim within 30 days. We pay the shipping of a faulty item to us and back to you.
