Who processes your data
The controller of your personal data is Anna Nazaryan, an individual entrepreneur registered in Ukraine who runs the NAZARELLI brand and online shop ("we"). What we process and why
- Orders and delivery. Name, delivery address, email, phone, the items ordered and your order note. We need them to conclude and perform the contract of sale (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). After the order is completed we keep them for 3 years for accounting and possible claims (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Payment. You enter your card on the secure page of the WayForPay payment gateway; we neither see nor store your card details. WayForPay only tells us the result of the payment.
- Messages. When you write or call us (email, phone, Telegram, Instagram), we process your contact details and the message to reply to you (legitimate interest; for an order, performance of the contract). Messages about an order are kept as long as the order, others until your question is settled.
- Cart and site settings. Necessary cookies for the cart, language and your cookie choice (legitimate interest in running the shop), see Cookies.
- Analytics, only with your consent. Google Analytics measures visits, products viewed, items added to the cart and purchases, so we know what to improve. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
- Advertising, only with your consent. The Meta Pixel and the Conversions API send Meta your visit, products viewed, items added to the cart, checkout started and purchases together with your IP address and browser details, so we can measure and target ads on Facebook and Instagram. For a purchase we also send Meta your email, phone, first and last name, city, postcode and country in hashed form (SHA-256). The legal basis is your consent.
- Matching a purchase. When an order is created we keep your cookie choice, IP address, browser details and, if you allowed them, the Google Analytics and Meta cookie identifiers for 30 days. Once the order is paid, they let us report the purchase only to the services you consented to. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in counting the purchase in line with your choice.
Order details are required to fulfil your order. We make no automated decisions with legal effects on you. We do not sell personal data.
Who receives your data
- UpCloud: the shop server in Warsaw (Poland), where orders are stored.
- Cloudflare: hosting of the website, cart and measurement.
- Zoho Mail (EU): order emails.
- Google: the nazarelli.store@gmail.com mailbox and, with consent, Google Analytics.
- Meta Platforms Ireland: with consent, advertising on Facebook and Instagram.
- Telegram and Meta (Instagram): messages you send us there.
- WayForPay (Ukraine): card payments.
- The carrier (DPD or the post, Nova Poshta in Ukraine): name, address, phone and email for delivery.
Transfers outside the EU
We are based in Ukraine, so orders are handled from Ukraine. The European Commission has not adopted an adequacy decision for Ukraine; we transfer the data there because it is necessary to perform the contract of sale (Art. 49(1)(b) GDPR). Google, Meta and Cloudflare may also process data in the USA; these companies are certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict its processing, to data portability and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. You can withdraw your cookie consent at any time in the cookie settings; this does not affect processing before the withdrawal. Send requests to nazarelli.store@gmail.com; we reply within one month.
You may also complain to a supervisory authority: in the Czech Republic the Office for Personal Data Protection (Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7, uoou.gov.cz), or the authority of the EU country where you live.
Cookies
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. We always use necessary cookies, without them the cart and the language choice would not work. Analytics and marketing cookies and the measurement code of Google and Meta load only after you consent in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time with the button below or the "Cookie settings" link in the footer; when you withdraw consent, we delete their cookies.

With marketing consent our server also sends Meta the same events as the Meta Pixel (Conversions API), so purchases are counted even when the browser blocks scripts.
